Mr. Whimsical Keeps Rolling

So on Monday I came to school feeling a little sick. My English teacher sent me home because of how sick she thought I looked, and upon returning home I discovered that my fever was 103. So I am sorry that my posts have been nonexistent, but I had to get better. At 104 your brain starts to melt and I knew for the sake of you dear readers that I must be at full brain capacity to please the ever demanding people that cherish this blog. Well, dear readers, I got my temperature down and I am back to you feeling good. My brain is not melted and therefore Mr. Whimsical keeps rolling.

Much Ado About Nothing

Today is Monday, and I am sick. My mind is cloudy and my eyes can barely take the light coming of this computer screen. However, I am your savior from boredom and on a Monday, I feel like it is my duty to make sure you start your week off right. Therefore I have sacrificed my own well-being to enhance your life. I have no exciting stories, or breakthroughs in my recycling project, all I have is this keyboard and this screen to make magic. I am talking more about writing, than actually writing anything, but when you have as little to talk about as I do, there is not really any other way to do it. Now that I have written a fair amount with having actually said nothing, I will still not say anything and hope just seeing these words in this beautiful black ink and knowing they came from me, Whimsical Wyatt, will be enough to please you dear readers.

Business Time

Yesterday I was sparse on time, and gave a mediocre at best blog post. I apologize to you faithful reader who spent the day in depression due to me only writing an abysmal couple sentences. Now you can breathe easy though, for I will dedicate more time to blog from hear on out. The clock will never escape my grasp and time will never slip through my fingers and keep me from you. So on to the life of you messiah. Lately I have been making a lot of phone calls, to internet providers and such, during school. It just so happens that each time a different hall monitor pops up and tells me to get off the phone. I keep a buddy with me to explain to them what is going on, but it is unbelievable how many phone calls have been interrupted by a hall monitor just yelling. It can't be good for my credibility to be talking about helping my school, and then just hear yelling in the background. Anyway, I apologize for my posts seeming so professional. I am in the business call mode and can not switch gears. I also have a fear that somebody important I am contacting will read my blog, take my omnipotent voice the wrong way and cut our ties. If you read this important people, although all you faithful readers are important to me, please do not take it the wrong way. I agreed to be the blogging messiah in my second blog post and have never looked back. If you can not take it, I am sorry, but you can not stop the Messiah. I also am discontinuing the use of the TEKs. My teacher does not care, so neither do I. They may be back at some point though. Also if this title made you think of Flight of the Conchords, then I would liek to be a personal friend of yours, if not, you need to figure it out.

Hooray Grande

Today I spoke to Grande again. I planned to have to have a convincing case of why we deserved free internet and all this stuff, but then she agreed to give internet almost immediately. Hooray for Grande.

The Messiah and Mrs. Tech Support

I received a phone number from Grande, so I started off the day by giving the me call. The conversation got off to an unconventional start when I had to ask if I was speaking to a real person, because those automated responses can sound so real sometimes. After that things picked up and the helpful women told me she would call me back with another number I can call, for someone that can really help us out. I thought this was great because i would not have to wait on hold, however it may have just been her way of rejecting me. I have received no phone call back yet, and with me being in school, our relationship may be in jeopardy. I could always call back tomorrow or some other time, but this lady was my friend, and that friendship seems to have come to a close. I guess sometimes you have to move on, dear reader, and this is just one of those times. Apparently it was not meant to be. The TEK that applies is 18. (E) identify employers' expectations and appropriate work habits. And I am sorry if I repeat a TEK but i have no idea which ones I have used.

The Messiah acts Messiah-y

If you are a loyal reader to my whimsical world, or even if you are just cruising through for the first time, please check the link to the McCallum computers blog in the sidebar. I do not need much help being your messiah, but we do need a lot of help to actually do something constructive. It is easy for me to talk a big game on this blog, but we are doing something big under the McCallum computers alias and we need help. Now if you do that then this blog will be able to stay a blog of empty promises while that one takes on the role of the more productive twin. I know you enjoy the way this blog seemingly blends doing nothing with a lot of words, so to keep that alive, please check up on McCallum computers. I appreciate your support, dear reader. For your loyalty you will once again your TEK of the day, 17. (B) describe a variety of careers available in computer technology.

A Thursday to Be Forgotten

While yesterday turned out to be very productive and a got use of my skills, today was not. Classes are only 40 minutes today, so I found myself trying to look like I was doing something for 40 minutes. Looking back on it, I can not tell you one thing that was productive and done by me. I read some blogs, thought of what I could say I was doing if I was asked, and generally just not doing anything at all. I am sorry if this disappoints you, dear reader, but I am the bearer of truth and had to give it to you how it is. The TEK that applies is 16. (B) discuss the effect of customer satisfaction on the image of a product or company.

Dilemma

Today we had quite a dilemma. We need a working cd drive on our computers to run our diagnostic and wiping programs, but one of our working computers had a broken drive. All is lost, or is it not? We replaced the drive with a drive from a broken computer and greatness ensued. I am a champion of computer reallocation and saved this poor computers life with my skills. You can thank me later dear world. This one is on me. The TEK that applies is 11. (A) use an assessment strategy to determine the risks and benefits of technological developments in computer technology

No Title Comes to Mind

With the colts loss yesterday, I am too depressed to write. Enjoy this TEK, 3. (D) use simulation software for research and development.

My Fateful Demise

I found a mood ring today. It was on the floor. I put it on. It was green, it immediately turned blue. Now I have no idea what this means, dear reader. I am worried that my life is at stake with blue being a fatal color. What is so blue about my mood? I am not sure but if I do not blog tomorrow, dear reader than fear for my life. This ring will have predicted my terrible fate. Actually I will not blog tomorrow because I do not have school, but if by Monday there is nothing, then all is lost. The TEKs that applies is 11. (D) describe how and why technology evolves.

Whimsical Wyatt is Bemused

Today was spent going through stuff that was given to us in our quest to get computer supplies from around the school. We asked for computers, and got 3, but we also got 6 monitors, about 50 mouses, and nearly 50 power supply cords. Really, we just got shit dumped on us. I just realized today how many things people have that do not want, but just keep them around for no reason until some foolish kids (us in this case) get them so that we can do nothing with them until some other fool gets them from us. What a terrible cycle of not knowing what to do with things. Everybody thinks though that the next person does know what to do though. We seem like we know what to do with this stuff, so somebody gave it to us, but really we just know that we will get it to Goodwill, and we think they know what to do, but they could be as oblivious as us. What people really know, is something I will never know. The TEKs that applies is 5. (B) apply continuous quality improvement techniques to computer activities. And sorry I did not live up to yesterday's post. I get really heated sometimes, and can never recreate it. I will never be as interesting as that 10 year old, nor will I ever be able to make up a story that good. If you were excited, sorry. That was an empty promise.

Ten Year Old Outdoes Messiah

Today I there seemed to be an abundance of time, so I read blogs. The ones that caught my eye were posts about a kid gluing his hands to his bed to avoid school, and a dog stepping on a gun and killing his owner. Now I just cannot compete, dear reader. As much as I pour my life into my writing, it is just not possibly for me to be as interesting as that ten year old Mexican boy who just did not want to go to school. There may not be hope for me, but I will keep on keeping on for you, dear reader. To counteract the inexcitment of my life, I will try to incorporate stories I have read into my blog, as if they happened in my life. The line between truth and lies will be blurred, dear reader, but just know that your messiah knows no bonds. The TEKs that applies is 10. (B) identify areas where codes, laws, standards, or regulations may be required.

It begins... again

I came to you months ago, no more than a student with an assignment. I have grown into your messiah with a mission, and am back to bring you more. This break has worked wonders on me and am every bit as refreshed as I claimed I would be. This semester is no longer about me though. It is you, dear reader, that this semester belongs to. Keep it real, and I will do the same. This is your messiah signing out for the first time of the new year, but not before I grace you with the daily TEK. 4. (A) report on emerging and innovative computer technologies. Enjoy that gem, while I continue to do prophet-esque things.
